  • Instructor Guidance & Safety Supervision

  • Helmet

  • Safety Equipment (Rope, First Aid Kit)

  • Waterproof Dry Bag for Personal Items

2 / What you should wear
  • Comfortable, Quick-Drying Clothing (avoid cotton, as it gets heavy when wet)

  • Waterproof Jacket (to keep you dry if needed)

  • Water Shoes or Well-Gripped Boots (must be suitable for walking in water and on rocks)

  • Thermal Layers or Wetsuit (if needed for colder water conditions)

  • Hat or Cap (for sun protection)

  • Sunscreen & Sunglasses (with strap)

  • Spare Clothes (for after the session)

  • Towel

  • Waterproof Phone Case (if you want to take photos)
